The master suite/en suite was very good and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to key attractions like Disney, Old Town, and Celebration. Additionally, the staff quickly attended to any issues we had upon arrival.

The downstairs bedroom had a small bed, probably no more than four feet wide, which was quite uncomfortable for two adults. Furthermore, there were no cushions provided for the patio chairs, and the windows were very dirty.

The space of the vacation rental was great, especially with 3 bedrooms. The location was also a key advantage, being close to prime touristic attractions. The customer service was exceptional, with quick responses and a helpful host. The community was quiet and the townhouse was extremely cute and clean, providing a pleasant stay.

One negative aspect was being charged an additional fee for early check-in, only to find that the house was not properly cleaned. The bedding and sofas were dirty, and there were even crumbs under the cushions.

The rental was very spacious for our group of 5, and there were nice walking areas for our dog. The property had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each equipped with a shower. The fold-out couch in the family room provided additional sleeping space for 2 more people. The host, Trevor, was very friendly and helpful, even guiding us to the correct address and ensuring that the house was clean. The customer service provided by Shelly was excellent, with quick responses and helpful assistance. We loved the quiet and cute gated community, making it a great option for a stay near prime tourist attractions.
